Option 1: Deactivate from the app

You can deactivate your account yourself, at any time, directly from the app:

• Open the Abis Voice Call app and go to Account Settings.
• Select Deactivate Account.
• Confirm with your password.

Deactivating immediately signs you out of every device and stops your account from being used to log in. Your virtual number subscription and wallet remain associated with your account in case you decide to return.

Option 2: Request full account and data deletion

If you want your account and personal data permanently deleted rather than deactivated, email info@abisvoicecall.comfrom the address registered to your account with the subject line "Delete my account," and we'll process your request.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

Once a deletion request is processed, your profile information, stored identity verification (NIN/BVN) data, and device push tokens are removed. In line with the retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy, some records — such as transaction history and call detail records — may be retained for a limited period afterward where needed for billing disputes, fraud investigation, or legal and regulatory (including tax) requirements.

Deletion ends your access to any remaining wallet balance or active virtual number subscription through the app, so mention this in your request if you have an outstanding balance you'd like help resolving first.
